What makes an fast revving engine? The length of the stride, connection of the bones, ignition timing and fuel delivery. Consumption of high calories food is required to replenish your fuel. 2 to 3 raw eggs per week to keep me in tip top condition. Remember the quote 'Eat like Michael Phelps'.
